Where can I find delivery information?
We deliver within South Africa. In-stock rings generally arrive within 3–5 working days; personalised or custom orders may take longer. See our Delivery & returns page for details. Your delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a ring?
Contact Shelby within 30 days of delivery to request a change-of-mind return or size exchange. Conditions and personalised-item exclusions apply. Our rings carry a 24-month manufacturing-defect warranty. Read our Returns & warranty policy and arrange your return with us before sending a parcel.
