At Shelby Tungsten Rings, we focus on offering stylish, high-quality rings at affordable prices. This policy explains our warranty and return options.
30-Day Exchange Policy
If you’re unhappy with your ring or need a different size or style, you can exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note:
- The ring must be unworn and in original condition.
- Engraved or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
- Exchanges have an R200 fee for courier and restocking.
- If exchanging for a higher-priced ring, you’ll pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we’ll issue a credit.
Personalized Items: All engraved or personalized items are final sale. No exchanges or refunds.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds due to courier, commission, and merchant fees.
Lifetime Warranty
Your ring includes a 6-month free warranty for any manufacturing defects. If your ring has a defect (like chipping or breaking), we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Just send us proof of purchase and a photo of the defect within 6 months.
We also offer a lifetime warranty. If your ring has a natural defect after 6 months, we will still replace it, but you’ll need to cover the courier fees.
Note: Personalization costs (like engraving) aren’t covered under the warranty, so if your original ring was engraved, you’ll need to pay for the engraving on a replacement ring.
What’s Not Covered:
- Changes in size due to weight gain/loss.
- Scratches or damage from dropping, chemicals, or improper care.
- Wear and tear on gold, black, or colored plating.
Reminder: Tungsten rings are scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof, and can break if dropped or exposed to harsh chemicals.
We’ll do our best to resolve issues with defective or broken rings. However, if we believe a claim is false or the warranty is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
